My real App Store idea: type a food, get safe / caution / avoid with a source link. AI built it in five minutes. Then I clicked Source on "alcohol" and the cited page never mentions alcohol. Two bug reports later: 107 rules, every one pointing at the page that actually says it. Not medical advice.
